Urgent searches need three answers in five seconds
Do you handle this pest, do you come to my suburb, and can I reach you now. Everything else — the about page, the history, the certifications — is read after the call, if at all.
- Tappable phone number in the header, visible without scrolling on a phone, with the hours you actually answer written next to it.
- A page per pest. Termites, cockroaches, rodents, ants, spiders, bed bugs, wasps, possums, bird proofing. People search the pest, not “pest control services”.
- Termite work treated separately. Inspections, barriers and management plans are a different sale with a different price and a different buyer — often someone mid-property-purchase.
- Commercial contracts kept apart from residential. Restaurants, strata, food handling and warehousing buy on compliance and documentation, not on price.
- Service areas listed in text. A map image alone is invisible to search engines and slow to read on a phone.
- Your NSW licence details shown. Pest management work in NSW is licensed, and showing it removes an objection before it forms.
The quote form
Keep it to what you need to give a price: property type, pest, suburb, urgency, contact. Every extra field costs completions, and a phone number is worth more than a perfectly categorised enquiry.
Where the enquiries come from
Most of it is local search, which means three things working together: a complete Google Business Profile, suburb pages with real detail, and a site fast enough to load while someone is standing in their kitchen looking at an ant trail. We cover how the structure supports that on the SEO page.
